A changing schedule of activities to help build and maintain skills and relationships. Includes but isn’t limited to: outdoor activities, arts and crafts, free choice and one-on-one programs. Transport to and from homes is provided.
Day Options
We appoint regular mentors who will be the right fit, with a focus on building rapport and delivering a custom service to address specific needs and implement strategies. Our mentors can also provide parenting support.
Mentoring
Exciting, dynamic programs that can involve regular mentors, our holiday activities help avoid regression and isolation over breaks while promoting healthy relationships and continued skill development.
School Holiday Program
We work with you to learn valuable life skills to function independently in the community. We are flexible in what skills we can offer, such as driving, washing and cleaning, shopping and more!
Pathway To IndependenceClass sizes are limited to ensure person-centred learning. All our programs and trainings are enjoyable and highly interactive, and can be adapted to suit individuals.
Please note: if applying through NDIS for funding, ‘independent living skills’, ‘life skills’ and ‘social inclusion and access’ will need to be on your plan.
