Reach for the Stars – Creative Arts

Our Reach for the Stars project has been designed to empower people with skills, knowledge to improve their lifestyles and give them a better understanding to their own personal growth and overall wellbeing.

Reach For The Stars runs every Tuesday during the school term, from 11:15am to 2:15pm. Activities vary each week, ranging from arts and craft to mindfulness and poems.

The aim of these sessions is to encourage creativity and to express yourself through the arts of choice. Each session will also have a focus on relaxation and behaviour regulation, as well as social skills building and self-awareness through group discussion.

Transport is provided if required.

If you are NOT a current participant, please sign up using our referral form on our “How to sign up?” button, before completing the Reach for the Stars online booking system.

*Enquire within for session prices. Participants are encouraged to be independent with transport, however if transport is required this can be organized at $1per km. Plus time charged*
