A changing schedule of activities to help build and maintain skills and relationships. Includes but isn’t limited to: outdoor activities, arts and crafts, free choice and one-on-one programs. Transport to and from homes is provided.
Mentoring & Mates Day Options Support
We appoint regular mentors who will be the right fit, with a focus on building rapport and delivering a custom service to address specific needs and implement strategies. Our mentors can also provide parenting support.

School Holiday Program
We help make the transition into the workforce easy by teaching practical skills and working with tertiary educators, employers, and volunteer organisations. We can even accompany school leavers at work.
